Which do you prefer? San Juan sees less rainfall and more sunlight than Singapore, but San Juan is much more hurricane-prone, while Singapore has only seen one weak typhoon (Typhoon Vamei, 2001) in recorded weather history.

More sunshine is nice, but I'll go with Singapore on this one. Not having to deal with typhoons/hurricanes/whatever you call them is THE tie-breaker.

Finally a climate battle between two awesome climates. My feelings are essentially the same as the OP. Singapore for not having to deal with hurricanes/typhoons.

Totally agree! On a cold, grey, dark day in England either of these seem fantastic.

Singapore because less sunshine. Both climates are complete trash though. Would absolutely hate to live in a place where it constantly feels (and probably smells) like a sweaty athlete's bum.

Singapore, I'd live there if I could, the thought of never being cold is tempting (yes, winter feels cold here, at night at a minimum)

Temps the same in both places so I voted Singapore, as it gets a lot more thunderstorm activity, and they are some mean storms as well based on videos I've seen.

Both are too hot but Singapore at least is cloudier.
