How will you rate this climate, Dallstok, combining Dallol, Ethiopia; and Vostok Station's climate?

Since the data for Dallol has only temperatures, I am assuming that Dallol receives the same amount of precipitation as Semera, the capital of the Afar Region. In addition, I assume the average humidity to be 25% throughout the year higher than expected from its proximity to the Red Sea. Lastly, I think that it sunshine is about 300 hours per month, totalling 3,600 hours in a year.

As for my rating, I will give Dallstok an F, as the temperatures, precipitation, sunshine and humidity are way too far from ideal in every season. A desert ice cap is basically my hell, as the low humidity will cause my skin to peel and crack, and the sunshine is impossibly high in the "summer."

What are your thoughts on this hybrid climate?

F. Human life would be almost impossible. No crops can be grown places that receive such low temperatures and rainfall. The abundant sunshine is why I’m giving this an F and not an F-.

F- - too cold! At most, expect some lichens and mosses (as there's abundant snowmelt in the morning in the "summer").
