Lima is way too humid and cloudy. Even Dublin's cloudiest and most humid months don't reach Lima extremes. So, Dublin it is.

Lima averages 2% of Dublin's rainfall, and yet is still cloudier. How pathetic!

Both are horrible climates but at least Lima is warmer in winter (even if no sun) and gets some sunshine in summer.
For those of you who chose Dublin for "more rain", it's mostly cold, overcast drizzle and no thunderstorms. I'll pass.

whats the point of it being warm if there is no sun to enjoy the warmth?

no rain = crappy vegetation

honestly i think its a no-contest comparison

its basically: compare this climate that everyone knows isn't that good with a climate no one knows is actually pretty terrible
