This place is located in Mexico in a tropical latitude (approx. 19°73 N latitude) at around 2,700 meters above sea level, resulting in a Cfb climate.

Terrible, but at least you can reach a tropical lowland climate fairly quickly - if you manage to survive the mountain roads and not fall to your death.

No monthly average highs above 60F causes it to lose significant points, IMO. Also, the dual temperature peaks in May and September are weird.
