The climate here would likely be similar to Eastern NC, which would be a big improvement but still too warm. All of FL (with maybe the exception of the Keys) would receive at least some annual snowfall.
The extreme north of Canada (which goes up to 82 N) would surpass the North Pole and come down to 88 N on the other side. So the North Pole would be Canadian territory.
Atlanta would be similar to Minneapolis, Nashville would be like Fargo. Chicago would be more NW Ontario, Minneapolis would be similar to Thompson, Manitoba.

I think it would be sweet.
Except a huge ice sheet will engulf most of North America plunging us into the deepest ice age earth has seen since the great snowball earth. So really everyone is acting like the climate will be the same as the current climate at the given latitude. I prefer the 10 degree south scenario . Also what constitutes annual snowfall? Greenville and all these coastal NC cities at 35 n don't receive more than an inch of snowfall if even that most years. For the most part southern Florida would be snow less. Central Florida would definitely get some good amounts of snowfall every year, and North Florida would too.

But North America would be colder than today in winter,so 35N in this scenario would be colder.
Another thing is,sea level would be greater than today, because North Pole would not be frozen in Summer since it would be land connected with the hot southern lands.

More like lower, that much land in the north pole and we end up like antarctica.

Wrong,and I will explain why...
Antarctic ice dont melt in summer because of its very cool summer, that happens because there are a giant cold ocean around it,protecting from any warm air pro North, while the North Pole would not have this protection, being prone to warm air mass from the south in Summer, that would melt the ice there, increasing the ocean level.
I guess it would feel a bit like Warsaw or something, providing Africa moves as well the summers should be reasonably warm while winters would be colder but not siberian or something.
Moncton would likely become Nain Labrador. One truly horrible climate. Crazy that it has almost trice as much snow as Moncton.
