Fairly important but money is much more important. One of the reasons I ended up turning down a job offer with the same pay in Ottawa was because the climate there is so disgusting to me. I went to university there and I know all too well how terrible their frigid and snowy winters are. If I was offered double the pay, I might consider it for a couple of years max before moving on.
I've been looking all of my adult life for the perfect place to move to. I'm 54 and I've not found it yet... Well, maybe found it, just haven't been able to move there...yet. Weather is extremely important to me! I need snow in the winter, but not massive amounts, just enough (6 to 8 inch snowstorm) to look pretty and then melt away in a few days before the next storm rolls in. But I can't stand dreary rainy weather, so keep that to a minimum. Cold and sunny is fine if it's not snowing... There must be 4 distinct seasons. Low humidity is another absolute but I want some rip roaring thunderstorms in the summer. Not asking for too much am I? lol If anyone knows of a location in the USA that fits this description, please let me know! I currently live on the west coast (just moved here for my sister) from Charleston, SC. Hated the east coast and the humidity and yucky temperate winters... So I ended up in Kalama, WA just in time for the rainy season and flooding in which my car drowned... Probably should have stayed in Denver, CO when I passed through...I hear they have wonderfully sunny/snowy winters. So, to make a short story long, yeah weather matters!
Yes, I'm climate affected and the climate in a given location does affect where I choose to live. My last job in Arequipa, Peru, which I left 8 days ago, had the most perfect climate ever.

Very important! I wouldn't move south of here even if all expenses were paid and the job offer was for $500,000 a yr.. Misery is no way to live and I'm borderline miserable here so no friggin way I will ever move south.
So Yes, weather plays a role in my health and happiness.
Ridiculous exaggeration. Given your city's sunshine ratings, you're in no position to cast many aspersions.
