11.5 miles of biking this afternoon/early evening in just below freezing! Quite the achievement to do it at training pace in that weather so can't be anything but happy with the performance
Also had a remarkable save when I hit some major ice and didn't really crash, it was like an emergency landing that I pulled off

A good way to reduce portions. Needless to say, a lot of restaurants on the Riviera do that.

I just tend to prefer a nice sized portion all on a plate! Also having worked at restaurants before, those that serve food on wooden cheese boards are also a nightmare.. impossible to stack them and easy to drop! I just like a good olf fashioned white plate
