That building looks awful, especially in that location... It looks just as out of place as the new Parliament building in Valletta...

Scottish parliament in Edinburgh is worse.

It's a house of culture. Also, our library is there. There's a cafe, an indie-theater and a library. Also, I think it's connected to a hotel if I'm not mistaken. Pure tax money.

I assume those inside there won't allow you and your partner marriage licenses given we're talking about Malta

You love the queen so much, don't ya? They are a poor excuse for a party though. Had they not been bashing England all the time and vitriolised the poorer areas of Scotland they would've been exposed a long time ago.

Yeah they're pretty bad. At least the Scots saw sense in 2014 though.
