I just buy all my shopping online and get it delivered and then maybe go out for meals. Shopping is really expensive though, my grocery bill is about £200 a month.
I find living in England to be quite expensive and I end up being frugal alot of the time , my budget isn't even low either.
The UK seems less willing to partake in US-led ventures these days as well.
Good that we don't have to think about that, as SOMEONE (AHEM!) decreed after the last big punch-up that certain countries shouldn't be involved in military interventions abroad.
We've had too much of the US-led shenanigans in Latin America and the Middle East. Better to focus on "fixing" Detroit and St. Louis first before putting our nose where it dont belong. Cause it worked so well in Libya and Iraq
On my travel destinations list I really want to see Rozenn, FlamingGalah, and also that guy who lives in Croatia who doesnt post often
I meant eating out in the US actually, Im ashamed to admit I do it a lot, and during the fall semester I easily spend over 200 dollars on pumpkin spice lattes. Eating out in Peru is rather cheap, especially in Arequipa and Cuzco
Feels better if you don't total it all up. That has to be 20 lattes / day?

To be honest, the intervention of Libya was triggered by France, Britain and Italy who all wanted to bomb the crap out of Ghaddafi. The US did intervene only when France and Italy were unable to coordinate a multinational force. So you're off the hook on this one.
And BTW, Italy was one of these four countries which shouldn't ever intevene militarily outside their borders dictated after WWII, but somehow conveniently it was forgotten. Germany had to change their constitution to be able to intervene in Afghanistan, and the restrictions for Finland were silently dropped after the fall of the Soviet Union. Austria still cannot, and it's in their constitution as well.
