It's actually not heavenly at all. It can get very confusing. There are a lot of very unconventional interchange designs, such as the famous "Grandview Triangle". Most of them are very narrow as well, so traffic is not nearly as smooth as you may think.

That data's 26 years old. The Atlanta urban area now has 4.5 million people.

Boston outside of its old core is built up somewhat similarly to Atlanta; a few more villages but otherwise very low density

The Black Thursday stock market crash happened in 1929.
The United Nations was founded in 1945.
Zambia gains independence from the UK in 1964.
The rapper Drake was born in 1986.
PewDiePie was born in 1989.
Hurricane Wilma made landfall in Florida in 2005.
I ride in a 2013 Honda Accord driven by a male cheerleader in 2016.

What do these events all have in common?

Atlanta didn't strike me as urban at all. I was actually surprised by how empty it looked when I visited. Boston was a bit empty too at night, but Boston is much more charming

Was going to put that, but I wasn't 100% sure. I think it's 1992.

Do you know what these events all have in common?

Yup, but I'm thinking of something else. You're on the right track with date, though.
