Serres, Perth and Portland would be my top 3. I'd even be inclined to put Melbourne and Sydney in my top half.

Your climate is a tropical paradise to me where you have a perpetual summer and can have amazing diversity of plant life. You almost lways know what weather you are going to get because it is so consistent which is awesome IMO

Best:

Los Angeles
Malta
Sydney
Nice
Buenos Aires

Then close behind, but much different:

NYC
Philadelphia
Bologna

Worst:

Bingley/York/Leeds/London
Turku/Trondheim/Gothenburg
Bremerhaven
Szczecin

Might've missed one or two, but that's roughly it I think.

I still had to choose Zagreb due to it being the most balanced continental climate with summers that are warm and stormy, but not too hot and winters that can be snowy but are not too cold.

Top 5:
1. Zagreb
2. Freiburg and other German cities except for Bremerhaven
3. Niagara Falls
4. Rochester
5. Gatineau

I put all of Canada minus Vancouver on the bottom of my list. Vancouver has a worse climate than here.
