İzmit:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/İzmit

It's a temperate city in winter. Snow stays on the ground for 3 days in a year on an average.

As someone who likes snow, I don't like the climate of this city but there are a lot of people who don't like snow. The climate must be good for them.

A very mild climate, summers are OK. Description seems misleading as it doesn't look to snowy. Overall a B.

Winters are too mild-cool, cloudy and rainy. Summer nights could be a bit cooler. Otherwise good. B/C

B-

Very nice shoulder seasons, and something approaching a real winter. Relatively high cloud levels and a summer that is slightly too hot hold it back from being a very strong climate.

Worse than Istanbul due to hotter summers, but apart from that certainly not bad. Would've wished the winters to be a bit milder especially with those summers, a lower comfort window in the year than would be seen in Istanbul, Samsun and Trabzon.

D. Winter is too mild and rainy with too little snow. Summers are pretty good, just too warm at night. It's also too cloudy and wet year round and diurnal range is too small.

A mild summer and warm winter. I know people those run from home to a car and from the car to an office wearing light clothes even in winter. Have you any winter clothes like warm shoes, jacket and fur cap?

Can anybody explain why is north coast of Turkey so cloudy? Trabzon is even cloudier.
