Caracas for me, it's a really comfortable climate. I like Kabul's variability and dryness too

Caracas: Hopefully president Maduro will save me some food though so I don't have to go hunt in the zoo like IRL down there

Detroit, for the 4 seasons.

Caracas is tropical (I do not like tropical climate), Kabul is too hot in summer and too dry and Baghdad is warm as hell.

Baghdad is way too hot. Caracas is way too boring. That leaves Detroit and Kabul. Kabul wins for being dryer and sunnier.

Caracas > Detroit = Kabul > Baghdad

Caracas is leaps and bounds above the other three, my only gripe with it is that the summers are a little cooler than what I'd deem acceptable.

I go with Detroit too.

Detroit's average highs in winter months are colder than Kabul's. That's why I prefer Detroid to Kabul. Detroid has better winters with colder average highs than Kabul.
