I'd say Bologna followed by London.

London because it's the mildest.

Minsk of course. The most continental of these cities by far. It isn't perfect (too mild in winter and not much precipitations) but it has nice summers and good sun hours. So it gets my vote.

I voted for Bologna for the warmth, but London and Amsterdam are very respectable climates as well.

Prefer to hear the weather happening in certain cities and choosing that. Everyday I'd rather be somewhere else based on particular weather happening...but where?!
What's wrong with people talking about their preferences?

I'm going to go with London. But Amsterdam is close due to it being wetter.

Out of all of these, I'd still choose Bologna. If Zagreb or Belgrade were included, I'd definitely vote for one of them though.

Bologna. A solid 4-seasons climate, its only main weakness is low sunshine and also i would like to see more downpours there.
As for the rest...London is London, Amsterdam is a downgraded London (no explanation needed), Berlin is a London but with some more action due to its continentality, and Minsk is another artic failure, all that brutal cold for just a short pseudo-summer. No, thanks.
