Still, if they're forecasting it, it probably means that SD must have had T-storms at least once.

To be fair, I think that if San Diego wasn't there, Lima would have gotten a fair number of votes from people who like comfortable temperatures without any weather drama what so ever. San Diego stole all of those votes simply for having similar temperatures to Lima but with a lot more winter sunshine and some rain.
