my fleece jacket keeps me toasty on a day like today - only 19- 20c out there - winter def has one foot firmly in the door , while these other mugs out there shivering in shorts and T shirts defiantly trying to get the most out of summer this year pmsl
In full sun and no wind, a fleecy winter jacket would be too warm for me at about 8 C or 46.5 F.
In a full gale under cloudy or foggy conditions, I could go as high as 14 or 15 (57.2 to 59) degrees before thinking about doffing it.
Not sure what you mean by "winter" fleece jacket. If it's just a regular hoodie, it is something I usually wear below 20c over a tshirt, but if it's only about 10c it's usually tshirt / long sleeve shirt / fleece / mid-season jacket.
