Sagres in southern Portugal is incredibly sunny, with mild winters and very comfortable summers, and has enough precipitation not to be semi-arid. What do you think?
Personally it's an A climate. I would've wanted more precipitation in summer to make it lush, but other than that it's as good as Europe gets. Gibraltar is also great, but a little too muggy in the summer for my taste and way less sunshine.
What do you think?

Nice find. Pleasant and agreeable temps all year round. Would prefer if the rainfall were more evenly spread.
P.S. Had no idea that the sunniest place would be in Portugal. I expected southern Spain or Malta.
Valletta in Malta has 3131 and Faro, further east of Sagres and a little further from the coast has 3036. Sagres is right on the coast, which I guess was enough to gain that extra bit of sunshine.
Yea me too, add as well some Greek islands. Although they haven't got official averages or at least a simple weather station so we can't prove it.
Anyways Baba, how did you took those averages? I just checked Sagres in the Wiki and the source is showing the climate of Gibraltar with no sun data. anyways for me it's a B+, a nice climate indeed.
Ok nice, it's good you noticed it fast. And mate, have you seen Tarifa? It can be probably your 2nd favorite European climate after Sagres, or maybe you can like it more for the additional rain!
I prefer Sagres for having an additional 500h sunshine hours per year, as well as for being drier. Although I would prefer the slightly warmer summers of Tarifa.
Anyways, Sagres is in the top 5 Portuguese climates for me, but Faro is still the best. Faro is an A for me, Sagres a B+
Gibraltar is better than Tarifa. The winters are much warmer and the lushness is just in a completely different world.
Wait, has this thread been made because because the weatherbox has been updated, or because you didn't notice there was already a thread for this place?

The first one. The old Sagres was completely different. 21'C highs in summer vs 25'C and 2800h vs 3200h of sunshine.
Very good climate, sunny and mild, California-like.
