I prefer San Bernardino because It get the influence of the "Moonsoon Season" like this july during the heat wave also It have better summer low, Indeed, Woodland Hills look quite chilly during summer night.

It seems to me the temperatures cool more quickly at night in Woodland Hills. That would be a relief for me after a very warm/hot day. So I prefer Woodland Hills.

San Bernardino for being slightly drier and having a bit of a lower diurnal range in winter.

San Bernardino due to the warmer lows. Temps cooling into the low 60s at summer time is still fairly cool after being in the mid/upper 90s. Upper 50s would be too cool.

Woodland Hills is better due to cooler winter lows and more precipitation. I wouldn't mind cooler summer lows for those hot summer highs either.

My bad, I thought San Bernardino's mean temps were the average highs.

I picked Woodland in the poll but I prefer San Bernardino. Milder winter lows with decent highs : winner.

I think those summer lows in Woodland Hills are wrong. Theres no way the average diurnal range can be that large.

I suspect so as well. The average lows are probably in the high 10's C/low to mid 60's F

Sure, it can. Summer highs around 33-35, lows around 15-17 isn't unusual in SoCal at all. Consider how dry it is here; the dry air doesn't hold the heat the way humid air does. It is VERY nice after a long, hot day to feel the cool breeze at night. I don't think there's a lot to choose between the two climates, but Woodland Hills is cooler in winter and gets a bit more rain, so it's my choice.
