Why does the month matter? You could be in the southern hemisphere.
I pick Tortosa for sun and mild temperatures.
I'm in the northern hemisphere. If I were in the southern hemisphere, I'd pick Zakynthos for being the warmest and having thunderstorms, because it's the height of summer in the southern hemisphere. Similarly, if it were July 10 and not January 10, I'd pick Zakynthos, although all four are still far too cold for summer.
Basically, in winter cold is good, and in summer heat is good. As long as they're not too extreme. A temperature that's great in winter is rubbish in summer, and vice versa.
-10 to 0 C (14 to 32 F) is ideal in winter and 20 to 35 C (68 to 95 F) in summer.
