This climate gets an A grade, according to my new rating system.

Where it could have done better:

Slightly more sun
Slightly higher max temps in summer.

But that's it, most things got top points.

Lovely climate, I especially like the summers where the average highs are warm, not hot but there's little diurnal variation. Although, I would very much miss thunderstorms in the summer

Yeah id like more sun in late sun but with trying to stay realistic, I didn't want to sacrifice rainfall totals to do that. Also, whats your rating system?

Eee well my system is pretty basic. Just give it 2-4 positive points for things I like in a certain month and negative the same for things I don't like.

I like the rainy months in the summer. However it is way too warm! I would like it if you took all the average monthly low temps and made them the average high. The subtract 20 degrees F for the average lows for a perfectly comfortable climate.

Very good. I'd prefer somewhat cooler and wetter winters, but this is still at least solid B material.

Yeah idk if I'd like slightly cooler winters too so I could appreciate the warmth more. Although saying that, I just really dislike cool temperatures (anything under 15C) because it's really uncomforting and makes me want to stay in. So, tbh I think a 20c average is good because I'd never dislike going outside and as its an average it allows some slightly cooler temperatures sometimes. I'd say the minimum high on average per year is 15C.

Well if you just want to stay inside in cool weather then there's no point of colder winters. Just keep it as it is. IMO there's no point in having a season with uncomfortable weather so you could enjoy the other time of the year more.

Personally I still enjoy cooler weather although I like the warmth more. I want a long warm/hot season and a short cool season. Unfortunately in Seattle it's the opposite.

Being in London I understand the struggle. The cool weather just draaaaaags on. Although, we have had some balmy temps this year, especially the 4 day 21-25C temps we got a few weeks ago with brilliant sunshine added in and low humidity; now that was lovely. Everyone was outside enjoying themselves and it perfectly fell on the bank holiday weekend
