Left my car at the repair shop just before closing time. It had been making funny noises the last few days. I'll find out how bad a shape it's in tomorrow morning.

Is it an auto? If it is, that's the problem with autos. Very convenient, but has higher maintenance and repair costs than manual

so here it goes:

Front brake pads and rotors replacement ($260)
Transmission Fluid Change ($129)

also needs:

Rear brake pads and rotors replacement (same as front?)
Sparkplug replacement and some type of engine tune-up ($200 ?)

last two I can wait on for a couple month. Wondering if some of them are stuff you can do yourself, but I don't know much about cars
