Yep, check out the Denver post online in Sunday's paper. We had a real freakish system roll through here, I went to Grand Junction from Denver on I-70 today. The snow level was 8500 ft. The road to the top of Mt. Evans was closed, will reopen tomorrow. 4 inches of snow at the Eisenhower tunnel approaches.

The funny thing is, in Grand Junction Sunday and Monday, the temperature hit over 100 both days. At the end of the week it snows!

Sheesh! Colorado Spring weather-gotta love it! (I think)!

Tell me about it. I was in camping at Oxford/Belford/Missouri peaks in hope of climbing them in the next couple days. Storms were bad, and I eventually gave up and packed out after every single thing I have was wet. Unfortunately I came in from out of state so not much I could do about it. I'll try again in august I guess.

It's going to be cold enough for snow here over the next few nights in Buxton, Derbyshire. And that's at only 1,000ft above sea level.

Can't wait to be there! This is what I want in weather. So bored of constant heat/humidity of summer here in south Texas.
