Hello,

I am trying to do some research and get some information on communities in Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter (surrounding area). I would really appreciate the help from everyone and giving a solid opinion.

Out of BallenIsle, Frenchman's Creek, Admirals Cove, Jonathan's Landing, and Mirasol Country Club what are the main differences?

* Are any of these communities majority part-time residents or is it more family oriented and full time resdients?

* Which is the most attractive and upscale while still being active and family oriented?

* Is there a considerable difference between Mirasol and Jonathan's Landing?

* Which one(s) are the most identifible with people in the area?

* Which one(s) are attractive to businesses, is one more than the other?

Thanks for the help everyone and have a great day

I cannot comment on demographics, but, Admiral's Cove, Frenchman's Creek and Jonathan's Landing were some of the original upscale large developments in Jupiter/Gardens. All have cachet of their own and are well known to people in the area as being upscale developments.

Mirasol is new, and previously hosted the Honda Classic, so it may be more recognizable to many outside of North County. Jonathan's Landing is on/closer to the water though, if that's the lifestyle you're looking for.
