Sorry I don't want to mislead people, so I did another crimes search from May 11 to Nov 11, and it shows that Pipers Cay also had crimes, the concentration is very close to East of Haverhill, and South of Summit, though just a bit shy of those 2 areas, but it has crimes.

Since I am doing a crimes search, I might as well post it here (from May 11 to Nov 11):

- Very high concentration of crimes: Big area of Forest Hill/Jog
- Very very very high concentration of crimes: Big block from 10th Ave, to S Military Trail, to Lake Worth Rd, to Sherwood Forest Blvd. This big block was plugged with crime tags, wow ! <============ What's wrong with this BIG neighbourhood ? What is this neighbourhood called ?

Could someone give me insights of why those areas I posted in the above 3 threads have such a high crime rate ? The crime tags completely plugged up those areas !

Demographics mostly. And, the areas you're looking at appear to be part of unincorporated areas.

But also remember, you're looking at six months worth of crime statistics in a visual format that is probably freaking you out more than it should! The population density is a lot higher than what you may be used to, so look at a city's crime index (per capita) to gauge relative safety in conjunction with the visual maps.

Also, separate crime that affects innocent victims vs. situational involvement crime.

Hi TriMT7,

Thanks but what's the unincorporated areas ? Not part of WPB ?

The reason I used a 6 months period because I wanted to have a bigger sample; Otherwise if I used only 1 week, some area might show "no crime" and that may give a wrong impression of certain area.
