Hello everyone,

I am moving to the West Palm Beach area and need assistance on some apartments. I have some in mind, but would really appreciate some recommendations from individuals on here.

Requirements:
- 2 BR
- In Boynton Beach area, Lake Worth area or Boca Raton area
- no more than $1,200 monthly
- decent area, safe, centralized location if possible

Any input/recommendations would be great!

Thanks

Well since you said Boynton this came to mind.
Renaissance Commons

Any type of shop/bar/food you can think of you can find close to here. there are probably a lot of owners renting in your limit there,

But usually i tell anyone planning to move her to stay east of i95 (excluding Jupiter and Boca)

Thank you for the information!

"But usually i tell anyone planning to move her to stay east of i95 (excluding Jupiter and Boca)" ... Is East of 95 in Boca and Jupiter bad areas? Or do really any area in the two cities are okay?

No, they are even better east. I was just saying IMO west is not that bad in those areas. east first though.
