Help Picking Out a College (Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton: high school, university, live in)

I am posting this for a friend

He is looking for a college to get a 4 yr degree in Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, or Palm Beach area.

Needs to be a reasonably priced school, he just got out of the Army and they will be the ones paying the bill. The school doesn't have to be anything great. It would actually be better if it wasn't too hard. He has been out of high school for 5 years, so the transition might be a little tough at first.

Only other things to take into consideration would be demographics of the school. He would prefer a minimum of 50 percent female and overall majority of students to be white Americans.

Florida Atlantic University is in Boca Raton. That's a decent sized 4-year school with a beautiful campus. I don't think it's too expensive if you live in-state.

Also there's Palm Beach State but that's more of a 2-year community college but it is a lot cheaper.

Palm Beach Atlantic University is in WPB but it's private I think and costs a lot.

As for being predominantly white, you might want to look outside the Palm Beach area.
