I was in Boca recently and hit that Greenwise supermarket. I hope Publix expands this concept, I think that was the best grocery store I've been to. If you don't know what I'm talking about just picture Whole Foods but with 'normal' things too.

I also ate in the store since they have what amounts to a resturant inside. The BBQ was pretty decent, and having been to Austin TX recently my BBQ buds are in good shape.

Kudos to Publix on this, I hope it makes money and they expand.

Thanks for the post. I was never impressed with Whole Foods to tell you the truth..at least the one here in Coral Springs. Went to it last week and it seemed dirty and there were flys everywhere....yuck. I prefer Fresh Market...although they have less of a selection than whole foods. Gotta check Greenwise out soon ! How are the prices compared to whole foods ?

Greenwise is actually a bit better than Wholefoods (imo). The prices are better, and you're right about it having a normal selection along with specialty items. I've shopped at Wholefoods for a few months only to realize there is a Greenwise located closer to where I live. Wholefoods has a great selection of international foods so I still shop there on occasion.
