Hi Everyone,

I am considering a potential job in the Juno Beach area and have some questions about the area & real estate in the area.

1. What are some areas that are "commutable" to the Juno Beach area?

2. What kind of price range should I be figuring for something with 2 bed 2 bath and a garage?

3. Is every suburb house part of a 55+ or golf club comunity?

4. Anyone work for Next Era or Florida Power & Light? Any comments on your work experience there?

Real Estate agents feel free to contact me via pm or email. Thanks for any help.

Also, I am assuming I am in the right forum, or should I also look at the Port St Lucie - Sebastian Inlet - Vero Beach forum?

Jupiter, Juno, Palm Beach Gardens, Tequesta and even North Palm Beach will all be viable cities to live in and have less than a 10 mile/15 minute commute to work

Not every place is 55+ nor in a gated golf community. 2/2 townhouse w/garage should be 1200-1500 a month as a guess...

Vero Beach and Port St Lucie are too far if you're working at FPL, although I do know people doing it. Price range would vary depending on many factors - proximity to the coast, neighborhood, gated/HOA vs no-HOA, etc. Best bet is to talk to a realtor.
