Yes, it's a law office now. They moved everything to Clay Center I think.

Yes Sunrise became the Clay Center, but the mansion is still open for tours.

There's a small museum of CCC related material in Watoga SP, near the Rec Hall. Doesn't get much publicity, it's locked most of the time and you have to ask at the office to get in.
