Hello, anyone have a view on initiation or dues at Bedford Golf and Tennis. Realize the poor etiquette im exhibiting by asking but very curious.

Generally speaking, monthly dues at most Westchester country clubs are going to be ~$1k on the lower end. Initiation fees tend to be correlated with the prestige of the club (e.g. I believe Winged Foot is north of $100k)

I would estimate about $70k + $15-20k/year.

You're probably looking at about $50-100k for the initiation fee and $7-15k for annual dues

Do you get the initiation fee back when you leave? I thought some clubs do it like shares that you can sell when you leave..

It really varies from club to club. Almost all have some sort of exit policy.

Bedford isnt an equity membership so no value if you leave.
