Looking for thoughts from real people of decent schools-safe, not falling apart and of course mixed diversity of kids. Not just the most expensive areas of Westchester or like Glen Ridge NJ. Looking also more up north like near west point/highland falls area.

West Point/Highland Falls is in Orange County. So, are you looking to go into the Poughkeepsie-Newburgh-Middletown area instead? I would check out districts like Spackenkill, Wappingers, Monroe-Woodbury, Washingtonville, Cornwall, Arlington and Valley Central, among others.
