Could someone tell me where exactly does the Hudson Waterfront begin and end? And, where are the industrial areas along the river in Yonkers located (in consideration of air pollution)?
well within Yonkers it pretty much begins and ends within the immediate vicinity around the Metro North station in Getty Square (and you still have the kawasaki plant right there too). The industrial areas that still exist are further south of that, and some remain further north too but the bulk is south of that. To be honest there really isn't that much industry left on the waterfront anymore.
a good deal of the industry that still left is further inland around nepperhan ave and saw mill river rd.
