Good for you! That is so great. Hang on, because I have one of my weird gut feelings about that area. Been hearing some buzz all the way down here in the Tampa area.

It'd be nice if we could get some more jobs in WNC. Rents would probably go up, but not so much that people would be worse off than they are now. I love seeing good ol blue collar jobs coming back to the area.
