Greetings. I've been interested in purchasing large acreage (greater than 100 acres) in the greater Buncombe/Henderson/Polk for some time now. As a person that is looking to relocate and has flexibility as to the exact location and price point, which would you consider to be the most beautiful areas to focus on (ie. which stretches of road, ect.)? Workable land with views would be a plus also. I have yet to contact a realtor, but would prefer to hear from people such as yourselves beforehand.
