I hate to bring this up out of risk of getting bombarded by ads. But, I'm looking for a reputable realtor in Asheville (and the immediate surrounding areas) that isn't necessarily ready to make an immediate sale (although if the right house became available, anything is possible). I'm looking to move between now and next year but time frame is not a big deal. I'm looking for something specific so I'm willing to wait to find the right place. I'm also looking for a realtor who won't bug me 2-3 times a day. Just somebody who will keep me in the back of their mind and gimme a call when something in particular might come available. I'm familiar with the area, but I'm not familiar with any local realtors.
The market right now is sizzling. Get your ducks in a row by getting prequalified and ready to move on anything that comes up if your price point is 500K or below. Realtors right now have many more buyers than properties at that price point and won't waste their time on someone who is not hot to buy.
All of that should be set, I shouldn't have a problem if something comes up quickly. I'm ready, I just have the benefit of being able to wait for the right house.
Is that one of the forum rules? If so, I wasn't aware of it. I'm actually considering Greenville as well, I started a similar thread in that section and nobody said anything.
One way or the other, does anybody else have any recommendations? I've got a couple, but more never hurts.
