You want rude, come up into the triangle of Tomahawk, Minocqua, and Rhinelander.
Have to agree with the other poster about people not getting out much, that is, unless their coming out of a tavern.

Yeah but it gets annoying and I have anxiety from it because I really don't have that many friends it's just like I don't know why people are like this towards me everywhere I go people are like nervous or afraid of me. Like I said it's like I don't smile and when I try to make eye contact with people they get offended when yet It's ok if others look at them.......

So you make eye contact, but don't smile at them? And you're wondering why people might not react well to that?

Am I following you?

Gabriel,

I think you need to start focusing on yourself as it appears you are projecting. I've been to Green Bay a fair amount and found nothing untoward. People find issues when they go looking for them and you appear to have found them. If you are trying to insinuate an anti-Hispanic culture upon Green Bay, perhaps you should look in the mirror.

It was a typo when I smile people still get offended or when I'm happy and feel good inside people always find stuff to make fun of me for. It gets annoying!

Well, Like I said it doesn't happen sometimes but most of the times it does and when I'm happy and feel good inside. Maybe it's not happening to you because of your color because I'm not the only that says this city has issues with people being rude. I do focus on myself and have been for awhile but it gets annoying when people do this it needs to stop and I have asked for advice and they have always told me to not worry about it but it's kind of hard when I go places and people like to point me out for some reason. I have notice to this city hates guys whom are not white or black!

I would think with the more diverse population of Brown County and the growth of the city there would be less provincialism but it actually seems to be growing. Perhaps just fears of some residents who never travel beyond the county and just react with caution to anyone perceived as an outsider. I've had more troubles in Sheboygan which has a national reputation of not trusting anyone.

OP,

There are rude people everywhere. Maybe the variety of rudeness is different in disfferent areas, in the Midwest people are more passive agressive and less confrontational about issues.

Then you have a small city like GB where people aren't used to outsiders, so they may appear to be giving you the cold shoulder or be standoffish. But this happens in most small cities.

If you want rude, try some bigger cities. What you see in GB really is child's play...be grateful you're in such a tame place.
