She sounds very polite. I think you are looking for trouble. Chill out. She then offers to cover your shift? She's obviously an accommodating person. Why do you care about her report on the B team when it doesn't involve you - even if you always got it before. The fewer reports the better.

Wouldn't be the first time. Frankly, after reading the OP's history of posts, he had it coming. No one likes a nag.

You have zero concept of what "going off on someone" is.

I would classify the woman's reaction as going off on him. Demanding an apology is way over the top but she did behave in a politically incorrect manner.

That's why you're not in a position of authority

You're right on the money there. She probably had something to hide/bashed me in her report and then when questioned on it, she got defensive.

Good strategy. Women hate the silent treatment. Even if she says good bye to me as she walks by my desk, I'll pretend I didn't hear her, but be polite to everyone else.

It was only a question of how many days would elapse before VAW came up with some new dilemma concerning his working environment, his coworkers, his apartment or his neighbors.

"It must be the time of the month," he disparagingly says about "Mary" which is actually pretty funny when his own wild mood swings eclipse anything attributable to a woman's monthly cycle.
