Older (early retired) worker needing some cash to pay property taxes and healthcare ! ($1200 each per month )

I spent 28 yrs on evening shift and much prefer it, but my industry is not hiring much... (Tool and Die-Making / mechanical engineering).

I'm looking for good ideas for the best paying and enjoyable evening jobs? I have no nursing or medical skills . Pay desired in the $25/hr plus range

(I do have engineering, international procurement, and management skills... & just finished an advanced degree (Business) paid for by the company I exited.) Also hold a Class A CDL (commercial license) Truck drivers currently getting ~ $18 / hr in PNW, not an adequate amount for the responsibility and liability risk.

I suspect a paucity in answers as $25/hr is kinda high for your average pick-up job, never mind an evening job.
Let's see- housesitting/animal care- my sister, 61 and laid off, has been picking up housesitting/dog care word of mouth. Can also be for cash.
I can work shift work, but am a licensed medical person. My unlicensed assistants don't make $25/hr unless they've been here a pretty long time.
