KSA Writing - How to write a Federal KSA | KSA-Writing.com

(I had to use google to learn what KSA is)

You need to be more specific with what you need help with. Do you know the keywords they look for in the KSA's for the specific job title youre applying for?

Federal soup may be a better place to address your question.

Landing a federal job is all about getting to the interview phase. Without a properly written KSA, you will never see the face of a human hiring manager. Look for a professional KSA writer in your area. It's worth the money if you want to land a federal position.

It depends on the job. When I screened job applications for accounting positions in the federal government, surprisingly a large number of candidates put "see resume" for each KSA. This was particularly common for those that worked at Big 4 accounting firms. Another common thing that I saw was that people just put bullet pointed phrases for each KSA. The difference is that a typical resume is usually enough to separate quality candidates from an applicant pool for accountants. A lot of those "see resume" candidates got chosen for interviews.
