Hi everyone,

I am a US and UK dual citizen. I speak English, French, Spanish and Italian all fluently. I am in my mid twenties and have lived and worked in the U.K most of my life (until last year when I moved to the US). I worked for a F500 company in Los Angeles for a year but decided to move to San Diego because I have family here.

I am looking for work here in San Diego now and I wanted to know if you knew of any companies in San Diego that value applicants with an international background. What do you think are my best options?

My college education (Master's program and Bachelor's program) was focused on International Business and Marketing.

Thanks a lot for your help!

Hmmm, I would goto Job Search | one search. all jobs. Indeed.com and type in international and then san diego and various jobs will come up- you will get some jobs looking with international in the job title and companies with international their their company title that might fit what you are looking for. I will guess that since san diego borders a foreign country and is a city with a port there will be some opportunities for you

ESL teacher is one thing that comes to mind. Some of the jobs are lower-paid, others are real career track. Such a huge market, what you do with it is up to you: tutoring, language school, teaching abroad, public school ESL, train future ESL teachers, write textbooks, accent reduction.

Thanks for your answers. I will look all off that up.
Unfortunately, I've already tried looking for jobs with "international, Europe, UK..." as a keyword with no success. I will keep looking though because that seems like my best best if I want to find such a job.

Thanks a lot for your valuable advice and input

you should move to East cost, with your language skills, UK experience and MBA you would have tons of options with F500's.

I would also explore your local universities. Specifically, something dealing with international student support.
