WA's cost of living is high because Californians escaped their high cost of living via migrating north and east, which pushed up housing prices and increased the cost of living in OR, WA, AZ.

$8,000/month (pretax, not take home), paid monthly.

Additional Questions:
1. What do you do for a living? IT Analyst for Corporate America

2. Do you think you're paid enough? I am about 5% south of average for my education/experience/industry, which isn't too bad all things considered

3. Do you get paid based off your attendance, performance or both? fixed salary with a bonus, realistically the bonus is never more than 10% of my income. Bonuses/raises are performance based. Bonus is paid once per year

I get paid biweekly. $2100/mo ($17/hr)

Additional Questions:
1. What do you do for a living? GIS Specialist

2. Do you think you're paid enough? I think my pay is on the low side for GIS work, but I only have a couple years experience so far. I will probably make more in the future, but maybe at a different company. My job is pleasant and I don't have plans to leave, but I keep my eyes open for other jobs at all times. You never know...

3. Do you get paid based off your attendance, performance or both. Paid by the hour.

2. Do you think you're paid enough? No, hope to one day make at least $25,000 a month

3. Do you get paid based off your attendance, performance or both? Both
