If you are out to dinner and everybody is drinking, there's people hugging each other and a friend's friend gives me a hug and gooses me, I just laugh it off, but don't do anything about it since it only happened once. I think if it happened many times, I don't know what I would do. Anyways, would people consider it to be sexual harrassment? If yes, would you pursue any action? If yes, What would you do?

Maybe if a co-worker or boss did it.

Depends on where you draw the line. You can't enjoy it once or twice and then decide to sue the next time.

If it makes you that uncomfortable don't go to friends' parties or out to dinner where people are having a good time. Not everything is a law suit or sexual harrassment.

You must not keep many friends. I would never invite you out anywhere if your main focus is looking for ways to "pursue action" against people.

You might want to do a "vibe check" if you've found your social life to be somewhat lacking lately. I mean that in the nicest possible way.

If it happened just once then no...if it happened again and you didn't like it then let the person who goosed you know not to do it again. If it then continues, then you MIGHT have a case.

You have to ask yourself these questions and answer them honestly.
Can I lose my job if I tell him to quit.
Can this person make my job miserable?

Is this person your boss?

So right now I'd say no. Don't make a false claim and make it worse for people who have a real beef.

It maybe assualt if you took offense. Unless its someone in charge of you at work its not sexual harrassment tho. Go to the police and file .

If someone did it more than once or twice I would get very uncomfortable. I don't know if it would be considered sexual harrassment, but it certainly would be considered inappropriate. If it happens again I think I would nicely but firmly say something to that person.

Depends on who's doing the goosing. If there's some hot studly mensch of a man standling nearby with idle hands, I might be begging him to goose me!!!
