How do I find out how much my company pays for group health insurance, I was told that is how much out of pocket I must pay if I want to quit and pick up Cobra, plus 2% administration fees. This way I can figure out if I am able to quit before I move. Seems like I have been trying to do this for years......oh wait, I have!

Your Human Resources department, or whomever administers your health insurance benefits has that information.

I work in HR and keep the information handy for anyone who needs it, or even if they are just curious like yourself. It is not confidential information.
