I have noticed where some posters have over 13k posts in 3 years! How the hell are these people even looking for work? I guess they aren't? I guess some people just live a cyber life?
Maybe but simple math doesn't lie. People that post so much don't have much free time would you agree? I have heard an accusation, not from me, that the mods are all unemployed? Or maybe they are at home workers?

You do know you can have multiple tabs open that will allow you to look for jobs and post on city-data.
There are some that are trying to provide legitimate information and advice. I generally post while I'm waiting for reports to run, feeding the baby, etc.
Basically killing time, but don't want to watch crap TV.

I am not posting this to bash anyone really, it's more of validating my guess at the types of people that post here so often.
1. Unemployed-me
2. Retired
3. Introvert
I wouldn't be posting here much if I was working in outside sales, after 8-10 hours a day. It has to be one of three or combo of the above me thinks.
When I was unemployed I came to this site all the time because I was able to learn a lot of things from what hirings managers were posting, So to me it was a opportunity to learn and post at the same time which helped me in future interviews

Makes sense I do the same. CD is entertainment and I have learned a few good things about the job search and have helped a few.
