I have to do this for someone I"ve never done it before. It's awkward and I know the person has to do it for me as well. She does a great job and all i can really think of is that she juggles a few projects but i've seen them take away from her main job that's supposed to do. How can i say this nicely?

If she's swamped then I'm not sure how that is her fault but ...
I'd mention something about improving her responsiveness or ability to better prioritize.

Focus on the symptoms and let her and her manager work on how to address them based on the cause.

This sounds like a good criticism for the situation.

Does she have any choice about accepting the projects? If not, I don't see how you can criticize her for that. If she does have a choice then maybe mention something about workload management.
