Well, considering that it was 12 pt type, double spaced, very easy to do! I just converted one of my 10 pt/single spaced letters and the closing went onto the second page.
OP, just just 10 or 11 pt and single spacing.
BTW, these are electronic, right? Or are you physically mailing them?
My cover letter runs 2 pages when I do a double space but when I do 1.5 space I can fit it in when I reduce the margins on the sides and/or top.
Does it look bad when the margin is too narrow?
Does 1.5 spacing look good enough or is 2.0 spacing better?
You only need to write a paragraph when it comes to cover letters which is very short and to the point.
