Suppose after being laid off in Career A you decide to go back to school for Career B, and a recruiter calls you up with a possible job lead in Career A. Is it okay to tell them that you would not be available to start until the end of the semester, and would companies understand this? I don't want to get failing grades on a transcript to take a job.
Alternatively, if these are accelerated semesters (like May-June, July-August) but count for enrollment and financial purposes as one semester, would this change your answer?
