I was wondering if 8am - 4:30p is considered "8 hours - full time" ?

Yes. It's 8.5 hours with .5 hours most likely being an unpaid lunch.

I work 7-3:30 with a one hour lunch break. It is considered full time by my Employer.

Yes. Exactly correct, assuming the schedule is 5 days a week.

It's only considered full time if you are working at least 5 days a week which would equal 40 hrs if you took a half hour unpaid lunch. Otherwise say you're working 8.5 hrs a a day. but only 3 days a week, then no you would be part time. It depends on your TOTAL number of hours worked per week, not per day.

If 5 days a week then yes. I worked 9-5 at my last job, ate lunch at my desk while I worked so got in my 40 hours a week. Pretty standard.

Yes, it is full time. That was my shift when I first started working at my current company. I got a 30 minute lunch, unpaid.
