Sounds like you need to do some deep soul searching and figure out what you want out of life. Maybe see a therapist if you're really unhappy. Or a doctor. Could be an underlying medical issue.
i understand what you're saying. i know what i am good at and not many joe bloggs on the street have a singing voice like i have, .... i don't like the limelight, so maybe a behind the scenes role in music/acting would suit me, even though i feel i would be better as a performer, which would allow me to express myself a lot more freely.
You've sort of answered your own question. Be a back-up singer, voice actor, commercial jingle singer, etc.
It's difficult to be motivated when you only look out for yourself.
Your previous posts reveal a very self-centered way of thinking. Consequently, it's difficult to be properly ambitious when you're constantly asking, "What's in it for me?" That mindset makes it easier to just sit back and reject supposedly "unworthy" ventures.

How does someone isolated get passed that tho? I will have to assume,(even though "assuming" is not a good idea), that this person is not the center of attention in their group of coworkers, or has any friends for that matter either?!

Bottom line. Money is important. The more you have the more options available to you. Just remember the streets has room for one more person. If choice of food and shelter isn't a motivator then start making your cardboard sign now.
Oh, I had his number just from the first couple of sentences. Too lazy to capitalize and write correctly because it's just a little too much trouble. Besides, he's not a "sheeple", he's DIFFERENT just like every other vapid loser who doesn't capitalize because they're not "sheeple". This one's also very conceited and boastful. A real special snowflake - in his own mind. The world isn't impressed.

It's called "work" for a reason. If it was fun, they would call it something else. Most people don't get to earn a living doing what they love. They earn a living doing something that doesn't make them nauseous in the morning thinking about another day of doing it. They do what they have to do to live as a responsible adult, and then pursue their passions as hobbies.
I can't figure out what I want to do either and have no ambition. I'm unemployed and scared. I don't feel I have to amount to anything but I need to do something to pay bills.
Unemployed and scared never motivated anyone.....unemployed and HUNGRY....now THAT IS a motivating combo!
