You know if you hussle, you will win and get many jobs. Everyone knows that. So just start doing it. And stop sitting around here all sad.

OK!

Why don't more people hustle for themselves? As I get older I question the value of being a good little employee making the boss money.

Really? How do you know that? Or did you just assume?

I think government makes a lot of people lazy. People nowadays have an entitlement mentality and know they can rely on government benefits instead of working. You take those benefits away, you will start to see people getting hungry and wanting to work for they can eat. Then you will see people hustling again to survive.

Sometimes the hustle just leads to a tussle, no matter how much muscle one puts into it.

So the hustle they intend

Eventually goes 'round the bend

Where the quest for a job meets its end.

Wanting to hustle and knowing how to hustle are different things.

Why would you want to in the first place? Are you assuming those who hussle get paid better or something? Does it look like management or owners do much hussling? Forget the hussle, just think smarter.

Hustle is just another word for focus.

So I agree with you. Focus on becoming the best at something.

When I was young, I focused on learning how to design analog integrated circuits. I took every course, and I read every issue of the IEEE Journal of Solid State Circuits. I knew as much as anybody in the field.

Upon graduation with my MSEE I had 5 job offers.

Hustle!

You bet!
